As a social development organization, CSS began its humanitarian work in 1972. Since then CSS has been working relentlessly to improve the lives and livelihood of the deprived communities and tackle the humanitarian crisis through different programs like General Hospital, Primary Health Care, HIV/AIDS Prevention, Safe Drinking Water, Orphanage care, Technical Institute, Formal & Non-formal School, Fisheries, Agriculture, and Small & Medium Enterprise across Dhaka, Khulna and Chittagong divisions.
